GALRY - Everything but a gallery

In & out : Valérie Hadida at the Paris 7th District Town Hall

The exhibition of drawings and sculptures by artist Valérie Hadida is now open — on view until October 17, 2025

A Poetic Journey Between Drawings and Sculptures

Until October 17, the Town Hall of Paris’s 7th arrondissement hosts an exceptional exhibition dedicated to Valérie Hadida, curated by Galry. This is a rare opportunity to explore a broad journey through her work — from delicate pencil and watercolor drawings to bronze and resin sculptures — an artistic stroll through the sensitive and feminine universe that defines Valérie Hadida’s creations.

Visitors are invited to wander among the artist’s introspective figures and dreamlike beings. In two or three dimensions, on paper or in bronze, freedom of expression reigns supreme, and each piece seems to emerge from the same poetic breath.

The experience continues outdoors, in the remarkable setting of the Cour d’Honneur. Here, a monumental sculpture by Valérie Hadida enters into dialogue with the architecture of the place: the bench Rendez-vous invites passersby to sit, pause, and share a moment — or even a selfie — within this heritage site of rare beauty. Finally, in the entrance hall, the sculpture Kiss welcomes visitors with a tender gesture, like a promise of emotion before the discovery begins.

Through this exhibition, the 7th arrondissement Town Hall reaffirms its commitment to contemporary creation while offering the artist a remarkable historical showcase. Valérie Hadida’s works integrate seamlessly into the space, revealing a harmonious dialogue between art, architecture, and heritage.

An encounter not to be missed — to be experienced in situ, between gallery, town hall, and open sky — until October 17.
