A new work by the artist STOUL is joining the Mecanic Art Museum
A new work by the artist STOUL is joining the Mecanic Art Museum on Saturday, July 1st, in the Lot region of France. This marks the first museum dedicated to street art and the artists of the Mecanic Art movement, an international artistic movement born in France in the 19th century, with artworks that depict the birth and evolution of the new industrial civilization and transportation.
This is the second commissioned work by the museum from the urban artist STOUL. This time, the artist has created a piece titled ‘Voyage,’ in reference to the museum’s DNA, offering an initiatory and temporal journey into the civilization of transportation.
The artist will be on permanent display at the museum and will also be honored in August during the inauguration of the cinema festival: from August 19th to 26th, 2023, the 39th Gindou Cinema Meetings will take place.
